canceLLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to the date of your session. I will gladly give you a full refund or will work with you to schedule a make-up session within 7 days of you schedules session.

The weather does not always cooperate with photo sessions.  I will decide on the day of the session whether or not we try to photograph due to bad weather. Brittney Grace Photography reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather or other issues and, in such cases, will give you a full refund.

***NO day of the session refunds. We reserve the right to charge your card for the amount of your session rate in full if you wish to cancel the day of or do not show up for the schedules session without a minimum of 48 hours notice.

All refunds issued by Brittney Grace Photography will be credited to the credit card / debit card you used at the time of booking your session.

RESERVE YOUR SESSION

PLEASE CONTACT BRITTNEY TO CHECK AVAILABLE DATES AND TIMES PRIOR TO PROCEEDING.  BRITTNEY WILL HOLD A DATE A TIME FOR UP TO 12 HOURS AFTER AGREEING TO A DATE AND TIME.  YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR SESSION WITHIN 12 HOURS OR THAT DATE / TIME MAY BE RELEASED FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS.
